	August 2024 Stephanie Shanks, NP is an excellent communicator. Not only did she let me finish what I was saying completely and never interrupted me, she also made eye contact with me and seemed genuinely concerned about my symptoms and how I was feeling. She also did a real physical exam, closely examining my skin which is the reason I came into the office. She verbalized her assesment and also her thought process about a diagnostic workup, walking me through every rationale. She explained what labs she would order for my rash, why she was ordering it, and the potential plans from there. Her communication made me feel very confident that we would find an answer to this unexplained rash. I have full confidence in her and the utmost respect for her bedside manner. Explaining her thought process and why lab work mattered put my mind at ease. She is a detailed, thoughtful, compassionate clinician and a true asset to her team's practice as a whole. I would feel confident sending anyone her way.
