I joined Mercy in 2014 and am a board certified OB/GYN. Prior to joining Mercy, I was in private practice at Erie Shore Women’s Health in Sheffield Village, Ohio. Along with my partner Rick, we have 4 children and 1 new grandson. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, boating on Lake Erie, summer adventures on Kelley’s Island and Put-in-Bay, traveling and Vinyasa Yoga.

	July 2023 Dr. Carter is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and let me know the next steps in treatment.
	July 2023 Dr. Carter is fantastic and I only happened to have her as my Gyno because of a random ruptured ovarian cyst, and now I regularly see her as needed because she's explained everything more than any gyno ever has to me. She truly cares about you being knowledgeable about your own medical care and gives you the education in order for you to know what's going on and why !
