	July 2025 Dr Mains is awesome. From the first time I came as a new patient, he told me if some medication didn't work he would not stop until he found something that would help me. He's a man of his word. I went thru at least 3 medication changes and I'm on one now that has helped my pain and inflammation markers start to decrease.
