Please take a moment to complete your pre-registration. We ask that you do this more than three days prior to your service. On the day of your procedure, please bring your insurance cards and photo ID with you for verification. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team. We are happy to help you in any way.

Visiting Hours
Mercy Health – Willard Hospital puts patients and families first. We know that family and friends play an important role in overall healing. Our visiting hours are not restricted. Compassionate care is a top priority at Mercy Health – if necessary visitors may be asked to step out of the room so our caregivers can provide that care or limit their stay based on the patient’s condition.
Interpretation Services
Mercy Health — Willard Hospital recognizes that effective communication is one of the key factors in providing patient centered care. We do not discriminate, but honor the rights of individuals with disabilities.
Sign and foreign language interpreters provide hearing impaired and Limited English Proficient (LEP) patients interpreting services for medical treatment and care at no charge.
For deaf and hard of hearing patients, we offer TTY technology, light signalers and closed captioning.
For LEP patients, Spanish channels are available with the option of Spanish captioning. We also provide dual-handset phones for ease of communication with providers.
