Our team focuses  on evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses, follow‑up visits and recovery monitoring and guidance on work restrictions and safe return‑to‑work timing. When employees require additional services, providers coordinate referrals for imaging, rehabilitation or specialty care within the Mercy Health system.

We are located inside the D.D. & Velma Davis Family YMCA complex near St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital and serves employers in Boardman, Poland and the greater Youngstown area.
