Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forward. – Kierkegaard
Life is a story and each of us has our own. This workshop will help participants to understand and create meaning from their own life as they write and share stories of the events through which they have lived. Through this series, participants will begin to examine their own life events to develop insight, particularly since the significance of events can become lost in the routines of daily living. This is a wonderful way to help enhance memory, learn more about oneself, and, if desired, leave a cherished legacy for family or friends. All are welcome regardless of writing ability. Registration is required. Please call 440-324-0487. Facilitated by Shelley Yavornitzky, LISW-S.
