Free Depression Screenings
National Depression Screening Day (NDSD) raises awareness and screens people for depression and anxiety disorders. NDSD is an education and screening event conducted by hospitals, clinics, colleges, and community groups nationwide. It’s the nation’s oldest voluntary, community-based screening program that gives access to a validated screening questionnaire.
