The Diabetes Breakfast Club is a diabetes support group that is open to the public and focused on wellness for people with pre-diabetes, diabetes, and those at risk for developing diabetes. The group offers an interchange of ideas, questions and concerns amongst members and features a different guest speaker each month. Breakfast food and drink provided.
