Mercy Health Lourdes Home Care Agency, the home health agency of Mercy Health – Lourdes Hospital, has been recognized for ranking in the nation’s top 20 percent for patient satisfaction for the 2018 calendar year.
Mercy’s program was recognized as a “Superior Performer” by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP). Recognition is based on the national Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Home Health Care Survey, referred to as HHCAHPS. HHCAHPS is designed to measure the experiences of those receiving home health care from Medicare-certified home health agencies.

Mercy Health Lourdes Home Care Agency provides services in both Kentucky and Illinois, serving a total of eight counties.
