The tower will receive all-new windows, ensuring ample natural light and a more pleasant environment for patients and staff. New heating and cooling systems will also be installed, guaranteeing optimal comfort throughout the facility.

In a commitment to inclusivity, Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital is proud to announce the addition of additional bathrooms that will be fully accessible for individuals with disabilities. This will guarantee that all patients, regardless of their physical abilities, can receive the care they need in a dignified and comfortable manner.

The second and seventh floors of the Hospital Tower will undergo a complete overhaul, incorporating the latest advancements in healthcare design and technology. These renovations will create a more efficient and modern space, allowing the dedicated medical professionals to deliver the highest standard of care to the community.

Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital will construct a new central utility plant spanning an impressive (10,500 square feet) to support these improvements. In addition to the interior enhancements, the exterior of the building will also undergo a modernization process. This makeover will reflect the hospital's commitment to innovation and dedication to providing best-in-class healthcare to patients. The updated facade will visually represent the exceptional care and services one can expect to receive within the hospital walls. Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital is excited to embark on this road towards a more advanced and patient-centric healthcare environment.
