There are many options for regaining function and renewing  a more youthful appearance to your body. Dr. Adam Cash provides comprehensive consultation to determine the best course of treatment for you. The procedures available for your body include:

Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

An upper arm lift is an operation that tightens the soft tissues of the upper arm by removing the loose skin and excess fat.

Post Weight Loss / Bariatric Reconstruction
Losing a lot of weight is an admirable accomplishment, whether from bariatric surgery or diet and exercise. Many women and men are dissatisfied because their skin sags and hangs instead of conforming tightly to their slimmer body contours. Dr. Cash is experienced addressing the specialized needs of his patients when performing post weight loss (post bariatric) plastic surgery.

Excessive Perspiration (Hyperhidrosis)
BOTOX® is FDA–approved for severe underarm sweating that is inadequately managed with deodorants or other topical agents. BOTOX® helps control this condition by temporarily blocking the chemical signals from the nerves that stimulate the sweat glands. When the sweat glands don't receive chemical signals, the severe sweating stops.

Approximately 40 to 60% of men are affected by a condition known as gynecomastia, to varying degrees. This medical term describes breasts in men that have a "woman like" appearance. Sometimes only one breast is affected. Gynecomastia frequently occurs without any known cause. It may be related to hormonal abnormalities, certain drugs or prescription medications, or obesity. If you are a man with excessively large breasts, chest reduction surgery can create a flatter, more masculine looking contour for your chest.

Hand Rejuvenation
Patients who seek hand rejuvenation typically complain about lost volume, age spots, and unsightly veins. There are a variety of ways to even out the hand’s skin tone. Although most often considered facial treatments, laser treatments and chemical peels can be used to reduce sun spots, discoloration, and other pigmentation issues. Then, Dr. Cash can inject dermal fillers such as fat harvested from the abdomen into hands to restore lost volume and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure that will reshape and/or reduce the labia minora, which is the tissue that surrounds the vaginal opening. The top part of the labia minora converges to cover the clitoris. A number of women with large or redundant labia minora can experience pain and difficulty during intercourse, or discomfort during certain everyday activities or sports. Others may feel unattractive or self-conscious about their genital appearance.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that removes excess fat. While women and men agree that liposuction is an extremely effective body contouring procedure, it should not be considered a weight-loss method. Dr. Cash recommends that you be at or near your ideal weight before undergoing the procedure. Liposuction can effectively sculpt and refine many areas of the body including:
• Under the chin
• Upper arms and armpits
• Stomach area and waistline
• Hips and thighs
• Enlarged male breasts

Neck Lift (Submental Lipectomy and Platysmaplasty)
A neck lift rejuvenates the neck by reducing the sagging skin and muscle due to aging. A neck lift is usually part of the facelift but may be performed alone or with neck liposuction. The muscles are tightened and extra skin is removed to achieve a more youthful look.

Nipple Reconstruction
Nipple reconstruction is a surgical procedure that recreates the nipple and areola tissue called nipple-areola complex. The reconstruction procedure is usually done as the final step of breast reconstruction surgery. Women seeking a nipple reconstruction usually have lost their nipple-areola complex with a mastectomy.
As with breast reconstruction, the best candidates are women whose cancer seems to have been eliminated with removal of the breast. This procedure is usually covered by most insurance providers.
Skin Firming
The SkinTyte procedure utilizes infrared energy to deeply heat dermal collagen. This process promotes partial denaturation and contraction of collagen. The heat also initiates the body’s natural healing process, which creates a renewed collagen foundation leading to increased skin firmness.  Learn more...

Spider Veins (Sclerotherapy)
Spider veins can make you feel self conscious about wearing anything other than long pants. That's why we offer sclerotherapy, a safe alternative to just living with them. Treatment is performed in Dr. Cash’s office using a local anesthetic. Sedation is usually unnecessary.

The affected veins are injected and the solution causes the blood to empty out of the vein. That vein then becomes inflamed. When the inflammation subsides, the walls of the vein are scarred and stick together. This obliterates the vein so that it is no longer visible.

Needles used for the injections are very small and cause little pain. Any discomfort you feel will only last a few minutes. Patients who have more extensive spider vein problems may need several sessions of treatment over a period of time. Sometimes, very small veins can be treated with specially designed lasers.

Thigh/ Buttock Lift

Sometimes exercise just can't make the difference you want to see in your body. If you have lost a lot of weight, you might now be bothered by sagging thighs and hanging buttocks.

Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)
A tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that can reduce or flatten a protruding abdomen when weight loss or exercise is not effective. People who have had multiple pregnancies, significant weight loss, or other conditions that have stretched out abdominal muscles and skin can benefit from a tummy tuck. The procedure is most effective for individuals who have stabilized at their desired weight.
