	August 2024 Extremely pleased with the care I receive from Mercy Health team which includes my nurse practitioner Emily Krans. No matter what Mercy facility I am at everyone has always treated me with utmost kindness and respect. More importantly they are always are concerned about my concerns by showing empathy and compassion. I have been using Mercy Health for over 25 years and couldn't be more pleased with how the organization has evolved into a top notch health care system in southwest Ohio.
