	September 2024 Dr Spitnale is very personal . He goes out of his way to help understand everything . He truly is a breath of fresh air to Mercy staff. He seems like he wants to be there and like he truly cares about his patience. He does not shame you for being overweight he tries to help you work through it.
	September 2024 Again very straight forward. Did a quick physical exam and identified the problem immediately. Answered all my questions and concerns. Was able to get the necessary medication and even some neck exercises in my after visit summary.
