	January 2024 Dr. Galloway is knowledgeable but can be a bit condescending.
	January 2024 Dr. Galloway and the other physician listened to my problem and offered a solution. I feel they truly care about my care.

	December 2023 I realize that Dr. Galloway has impressive academic/medical qualifications. I also realize that Dr. Galloway has incredible medical experience with all of his background and current positions. However, those are not the most impactful attributes I feel make him stand out. His ability to slow down, ask questions, make me feel at ease, make me feel as though I am part of the evaluation and process of diagnosing, assisting me in making decisions and then explaining the positives, negatives and likely outcomes. Those attributes make me have the utmost confidence in him.
