Hospital Pre-Registration

Thank you for choosing Mercy Health for your healthcare needs. 

Please take a moment to complete your pre-registration. We ask that you do this more than three days prior to your service. On the day of your procedure, please bring your insurance cards and photo ID with you for verification. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team. We are happy to help you in any way.

Visiting Hours

Visiting hours are not restricted at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.  Please talk with your loved one's nurse to coordinate times appropriate for the patient, care team, and family.  

Parking

Free parking is available in three lighted, secure parking garages adjacent to the hospital.  We suggest using both the interactive map and the downloadable map found on this same page to acquaint yourself with the Campus and to ensure you are parking in the garage closest to your destination.

FREE Valet Parking is also available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Main Hospital entrance.

Full Service Dinner - 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Self Service - 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Closed - 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
