Breastfeeding is a learned skill for mother and newborn. This class will prepare you to get off to the best possible breastfeeding start.
This class is for children in your family preparing to welcome the new baby. Siblings-to-be will learn what happens while mom and baby are in the hospital and what to expect for the first few weeks.
Learn basic infant CPR, choking and other safety skills from a certified CPR instructor.
Lactation consultants will teach you how to get started with breastfeeding basics and helpful tips. You will also learn how to manage common concerns and how to choose a breast pump. Dad or support person is encouraged to attend, too.
