Mercy Health – Fairfield Hospital celebrates its 40th anniversary in September.

Their efforts and dedication have made Mercy Health – Fairfield Hospital a nationally-recognized provider of care,” said Thomas Urban, Mercy Health North Market Leader and President.

Fairfield hospital continues to grow to meet patient demand by expanding its robotic surgery program to care for patients with more complex surgical needs, earning primary stroke center certification, adding lung screening capabilities and achieving Magnet® recognition as a reflection of its nursing professionalism, teamwork and superiority in patient care.

Fairfield Hospital has also undergone renovations to improve the patient experience, including:

“We could not have achieved all that we have in 40 years without the dedication and drive for excellence that every employee, physician and volunteer at Fairfield Hospital exhibits. Thanks to them, we have grown alongside our community and we look forward to what the future holds,” said Urban.
