By sharing simple steps, we can improve the health of our community, lower the cost of health care and save lives.

HeartChase brings families, friends and coworkers of all ages together in a community-wide competition to uncover clues, solve puzzles and complete challenges in a race to the finish line. HeartChase is also a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. Their mission: Building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
