Mercy Health President & CEO to Retire
Cincinnati, OH - Michael D. Connelly, president & CEO of Mercy Health has announced his retirement, effective January 31, 2017. Having served the ministry for the past 21 years, Michael made significant strides toward improving the health of our communities, emphasizing people who are poor and under-served.
The Board of Trustees has named John Starcher as president and CEO-elect of Mercy Health. John began his career at Mercy Health in the Toledo Region serving in various roles within the Human Resources department. Currently, John serves as Mercy Health’s executive vice president of operations for our southern markets and president and CEO of our Cincinnati Region.
