Health and fitness program now being offered by Excel Sports Medicine and Rehab

Excel Fitness is now being offered at Excel Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation in Springfield as an opportunity for individuals to participate in health and fitness programs at an affordable price.

Excel Fitness provides a comprehensive fitness program designed to help individuals reach health and wellness goals, including weight loss, specific sport training, or for anyone who wants to improve their health and overall conditioning.

Aside from personalized training, participants will have access to Excel’s 20,000-square-foot facility, including most of its fitness and workout machines. Participants will also receive individualized take-home exercise programs designed around their fitness evaluation.

The cost to participate is $20 for an individual 45-minute session and $16 for a group session.
