Mercy Health is proud to announce that two of its hospitals have once again been named among Modern Healthcare’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Healthcare—an honor based entirely on direct feedback from employees. This recognition reflects the deep commitment of Mercy Health team members to creating a workplace culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a shared mission to serve their communities.

Mercy Health – Willard Hospital is proudly celebrating its seventh consecutive year on the list, a milestone that speaks to its enduring commitment to employee engagement and excellence in patient care. Mercy Health – Defiance Hospital joins the celebration as well, earning a spot on the list for the fourth year in a row, further solidifying its reputation as a standout workplace in the region.
