Meet Chad
I’ve been practicing medicine for over 20 years, with an interest in family medicine. Demonstrating outstanding compassion, I was awarded the Zeller-Del Bene award. Within my community, I partake in fundraising activities, church functions, and little league sporting events. Outside of medicine, I enjoy golfing, outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family. Building relationships with my patients is the most gratifying of all.
