I was completely blown away by Miss King's concern, kindness, understanding, knowledge, explanations, concern for me , and had complete understanding of what she was trying to explain to me as the cause of my pain and discomfort. She not only explained thoroughly, she even showed me pictures! She made sure that I understood. She seemed very concerned and made me feel like the most important person in the world and she actually cared! She explained " OUR" plan of treatment and care. She explained everything. I was so impressed by her knowledge, plan of care, goals, caring concern, and need for me to know why I was having such symptoms and explained everything! I am an RN that is retired. I have a little bit of knowledge, but not completely. She went above and beyond to explain things to me. She offered me Solutions and guidance. In my opinion, she was simply amazing! I am so glad that I have her as part of my care team. I will never change and hope she will have me until my final days. I have a long-term condition that will never go away, and I need her medical care, and we'll need it in the future. She is definitely an asset to Mercy Medical. Honestly, I look forward to all of my future visits. I can't say enough about her. I moved here a year and a half ago, and I was very afraid to change doctors. This experience has been wonderful and I feel completely confident in her care with my life, comfort, and pain control. As I stated previously, I feel she went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time with me. She didn't leave until I completely understood! I hope she gets recognition for the expertise that she shows! Please forward my thankfulness for not only her kindness and concern but for having me as a patient. I can be a little challenging at times! She prepared in advance with all of my history, and knew how to treat me medically as well as physically, and left me trusting her completely with my care. I could have cried leaving, knowing I've definitely found the right one! I feel she is highly qualified, showed such expertise and knowledge, and truly cared. I thank you very much for this experience. He also gave me paperwork on different things that would help me at home! She actually took the time to do this for me! I've had a few good doctors in the past, but she definitely transcended all my expectations! Thank you, thank you, ,thank you! You have a real gem!
