	January 2025 Dr Hoersten took her time answering all over our questions regarding my daughter. We had a very scary ER trip and she made sure we were at ease coming home. She even added on testing when I had more concerns. I appreciate her attentiveness and patience with us. Nurse Jamie was great too, helping us get scheduled with Dr Hoersten since our normal PCP was out of the office. Nurse Jamie knew we were worried and definitely helped settle our nerves.

	November 2024 Dr Hoersten was wonderful and remembered that my family had recently been treated with the same illness that I had. She was prompt and helped me get taken care of prior to the weekend. She had already known my history before coming in the room and knew that I had struggled with this in the past and got me on an antibiotic right away. She was kind and knowledgeable and I would see her again.
