Mercy Health - Perrysburg Cancer Center open house
Mercy Health is excited to formally introduce the new Mercy Health – Perrysburg Cancer Center to the community at a special open house on Sunday, November 6 from 1 - 3 p.m.
Mercy Health, along with its partners The Toledo Clinic (TTC) and Toledo Radiation Oncology (TRO) have created the region’s most comprehensive cancer center, which will provide an unmatched patient experience along with high-quality, integrated cancer services.
The 40,000-square-foot facility offers access to the region’s largest team of medical and radiation oncologists, who will work together to provide every patient with an individual treatment plan designed for the unique needs of the patient. All services will be located in one easily accessible location, including diagnostics, surgical consultation, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and access to clinical trials.
The community open house will feature a blessing, ribbon cutting ceremony and educational tours. Additionally, a survivor will speak about his journey through treatment and subsequent victory in his battle against cancer.
The center is adjacent to the Mercy Health – Perrysburg Medical Center, which offers convenient access to emergency, laboratory and imaging services.
