Please go to http://www.symplr.com/mercyhealth to register your company and create a representative profile. Every representative from your company who interacts with Mercy Health is required to create a profile and register in our credentialing and compliance monitoring system.
A registration fee will be assessed. This fee pays for symplr to collect, verify, and monitor you credentials for one full year. An annual fee per vendor will be charged. Please remember to always sign in and out when visiting any Mercy Health facility.

Notice to Agents, Vendors and Contractors
Mercy Health has a longstanding, effective Compliance Program that sustains our culture of "doing the right thing." Our program includes standards and procedures; dedicated compliance staff; education; communications methods to encourage reports of concerns; investigations into concerns; monitoring and auditing for compliance and accuracy; accountability and corrective action when we detect an error; and ongoing training on new laws, regulations and rules.
We have also established provisions for preventing fraud and abuse and are required to communicate those provisions to our vendors and contractors. As a continuing condition of doing business with Mercy Health, our vendors and contractors must review and agree to abide by these provisions.
The Notice to Agents statements posted below explain Mercy Health's fraud and abuse prevention provisions. We have posted statements for each of the states in which our facilities are located because each statement references state-specific regulations.
