Below 18.5  Underweight
 18.5 – 25  Normal
 25 – 30  Overweight, Non-Surgical Weight Loss Recommended
 30 – 34.9   Obese, Non-Surgical Weight Loss and/or Weight Loss Surgery Recommended
 35 – 44.9  Morbid Obesity, Surgical Weight Loss and/or Non-Surgical Weight Loss Recommended
 45 or Greater   Morbid Obesity, Surgical Weight Loss Recommended
