Program Overview

The Health Care Administration, Leadership and Management Fellowship at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center is designed to prepare emerging physician leaders for impactful roles in health care management. Offered through the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME), the fellowship supports the training and development of medical students, residents, fellows and health care professionals across Mercy Health and its affiliated sites. Fellows will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and emotional intelligence necessary to navigate the complexities of health care leadership.

Our goal is to cultivate compassionate, strategic leaders who can drive innovation and transform health care systems. Through a comprehensive curriculum, fellows will develop essential competencies in administration, leadership and management, emphasizing adaptability and resilience in an evolving health care landscape. The program promotes collaboration, continuous improvement and inclusivity, aiming to develop leaders who champion equity in health care access and delivery.
