Outpatient rehabilitation services at Excel Rehabilitation are de-signed to help individuals of all ages recover from a variety of disabilities, injuries and illnesses; achieve their highest level of function and mobility; and return to work, school, or active retirement safely and quickly.

New! Phase II Program

The Phase II Program is offered to patients who no longer require daily or weekly monitoring by a physical therapist and would benefit from continued strengthening and conditioning exercises.

Participants receive:

Access to Rehab Equipment
Use of Rehab Facilities
On-site National Certified Personal Trainer
Hands-on assistance with equipment use, proper technique and exercise ideas 

Referral Services

Patients my contact the Community Mercy Rehab Center directly. However, a physician’s referral is necessary to enter a program.
