Nurse Navigators at The Jewish Hospital — Mercy Health Breast Center

We offer supportive and specially-trained nurses through our Breast Health Navigator program. Our navigators advocate on your behalf, guiding you through the emotional and physical journey of diagnosis and treatment. Our nurse navigators provide patient support and serve as a continuous point of contact for patients and their families throughout their entire cancer care experience. They help ensure patients are able to keep their appointments, follow their treatment regimen, and receive the support services they need to recover and be well.

How Our Breast Health Navigators Help You

Each patient is paired with a nurse who is certified in breast health navigation and has years of experience in oncology, to collaborate with providers and develop a customized program that’s essential to treatment. Our goal is to offer individualized, quality care so you can feel comfortable and worry-free throughout the course of your therapy.
