The Jewish Hospital - Mercy Health Launches Speaker Series at the Mayerson JCC on Thursday, March 10 with a Discussion on Caring for Aging Parents

Mercy Health - Cincinnati, which provides advanced, quality, compassionate care in your neighborhood through its care network, announces that The Jewish Hospital — Mercy Health and the Mayerson JCC have teamed up to present an educational event for adults with aging parents on Thursday, March 10 at the Mayerson JCC, located at 8485 Ridge Road, Cincinnati 45236.

It’s tough to watch our parents get older and often it becomes our turn to take care of those who raised us. Gerontology expert Julie Workman will lead this insightful seminar, during which you will learn what to look for when seeking care that will support your parents’ physical and emotional needs. You will also leave with tips on how to manage the demands on you as a caregiver. A question and answer session will follow the lecture.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers and wine, followed by the program, which runs from 6-7 p.m. The event is free but space is limited.
