Meet the Director and Team — Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency in Cincinnati

Welcome From the Program Director

Dear prospective orthopedic physical therapy resident,

First off, thank you for your consideration and interest in our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Mercy Health. Our vision is to assist motivated individuals that are looking to improve their physical therapy clinical decision making with a multimodal program that is designed to improve patient outcomes. This program includes structured one-on-one mentoring from board-certified faculty members in combination with a diverse didactic program along with the ability to obtain a certification in manual therapy and dry needling at the culmination of the residency. Our goal is not only to prepare the resident for passing their specialist exam, but also to become a lifelong learner and a leader in the orthopedic physical therapy profession.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further questions about our program.

Sincerely,

Jamie Schwartz, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
