John V. Gentile, DO | Program Director
Medical School: Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Dr. Gentile has been the program director since July of 2023. He currently practices general and adult trauma orthopedics for Mercy Health – Youngstown Orthopedics. |

Adam Hoffman, DO | Associate Program Director
Medical School: Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Dr Hoffman was appointed associate program director July of 2026. He currently practices in Boardman, Ohio, focusing on general orthopedics and trauma. In his spare time, he enjoys weightlifting, rock climbing, hunting, and traveling with his family.
