The “Yoga for All” program starts in January 2015 and runs one weekend each month through September 2015.

Offered for the first time last year, Yoga for all, the only Integrative Yoga Therapy Certification class in the Tristate certified by the Yoga Alliance, graduated 10 students, a number of whom are now working as yoga teachers.

Taught once more by Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500 E-RYT certification) Rebecca Bedel, the 200-hour teacher certification program will teach students to lead people of all body types and needs physically, mentally and spiritually. Payment options are available. Yoga for All is open to the public – HealthPlex membership is not required. Contact Rebecca Bedel at 513-682-1205 or for more information.
