What are the advantages of working in a larger hospital system? 

Working within a large hospital system allows for many different opportunities throughout the residency. This includes a variety of rotations with opportunities for electives at other sites throughout the health system as well as the ability to participate in system-wide drug policy development. 

Is there an opportunity as a PGY 1 resident to early commit to a PGY 2 program? 

Yes, this has been done previously and may be an option for candidates who are interested in critical care or ambulatory care at our site.
