PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
Located in Toledo, Ohio, Mercy Health — St. Anne Hospital offers high-quality health care offering a variety of services. In addition to emergency services, Mercy Health — St. Anne features the Mercy Health Heart and Vascular Institute and the Mercy Health Women’s center, along with orthopedic care.
In 2016 Mercy Health — St. Anne Hospital received the Patient Safety Excellence Award and the HealthGrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award. Our hospital leads the region in five-star ratings by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Pharmacy Department
The department of pharmacy is open 24 hours with a team of approximately 14 operational and clinical pharmacists and 12 supporting staff members. Our pharmacists serve as preceptors for several pharmacy schools in Ohio.

Program Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- Eligible for licensure in Ohio
- Completed application materials
- Onsite interview
